Left side earphone not working.

i purchase TECHFIRE Fire 500v2 Neckband from flipkart on dated 1 april 2023 and now today 08 may 2023 , left side earphone is not working. my product is in warranty i have complaint but there is not response from techfire team.

I am not this spectation very disappointed this neckband one side is not working

I this model neckband perched 3 quantity on Flipkart before 2 to 3 months but 2 neckbands is very short time one side working is automatically off issues this is very disappointed me overall is fine 🥺☹️😤😠
